Money in the tummy

My lovely, almost 4 year old, decided she was going to keep her Daddy's money 1 way or another. So she swallowed a nickel today! Needless to say that led us to the dr's office for a listening of the stomach and then off to get x-rays. The nickel is sitting nicely in her tummy, and now we are on poo watch for the next 48hrs.
